I. You must fight your own battle. 2 Tim. 4:1-11
The reason why King Saul failed as a king and destroyed his life because he was fighting a wrong battle.
In order for you to win your battle you must learn how to fight your own battle.
1. You must understand that you are in a warfare.
You must understand that the time you identified yourself with Christ you enter into a warfare. You enter into an arena and fighting against satan. Lots of people will not like you the time you identify yourself with God. Your unsaved friends will not understand you and will criticize you.
In order to win the warfare you need to use the God given weapon.
a. The Bible (The Word of God) which is the sword of the Spirit
· There is a real battle that is going on that you need to face, fight and win.
· WE HAVE A REAL ENEMY
1. The devil – Who is real, powerful, deceitful, and never discourage.
2. The word – which is corrupt, wicked, alluring, I John 2:15-17
3. Our self – which is easily deceived, discouraged, proud and covetous. II Tim. 4:10
