James 4:1-8

 

 

I. Will lead us to Salvation

A.  Reject Pride and embrace humility - V. 7

B. Repentance towards sin - V. 8

C. Receive Christ and He will give grace. V. 6

 

II. Will lead us to become a servant to the king

A. We need to serve him faithfully

 

 5 Crowns in Heaven

The Imperishable Crown – (1 Corinthians 9:24-25)

The Crown of Rejoicing – (1 Thess. 2:19)

The Crown of Righteousness – (2 Timothy 4:8)

The Crown of Glory – (1 Peter 5:4)

The Crown of Life – (Revelation 2:10)

 

II. Will lead us to become a servant to the king

A. We need to serve him faithfully

B. We need to serve him with humility

C. We need to serve him sacrificially

   

III. Will lead us to become a stronger person. V. 3

A. Learn to pray faithfully

B. Love to involve the ministry

C. Live right and do right
